How Do I Obtain Alcohol, Food & Beverage License

1. New applicants will need to register at ABC.ky.gov and obtain a license through the State.
2. Once you receive your State License, please click the link here to begin the business license registration process and follow the steps to complete the payment process. *You will be required to upload your State License.
